Phoebe Zhou is newly appointed the Global Head of Client Solutions, Global Payments Solutions at HSBC.

Her team are the trusted advisors for our clients, providing thought leadership and technical guidelines and plays a crucial role in bridging the gap among product, sales and delivery and ensure clients receive tailored, technically robust solutions with seamless implementation of complex and newly commercialised product capabilities. Prior to this, she was the European Head of Emerging Payments role, Phoebe led the development and implementation of innovative payment solutions across the region. She provides thought leadership and oversee our delivery of the future of payment landscape.
