Régine is L'Oréal chief sustainable finance officer. At L’Oréal, we believe that a company’s economic success also depends on its positive contribution to society and its ability to respond to the major environmental issues facing the world today.
Her mission is to integrate sustainability into decision-making from a financial perspective in order to support a business model which is profitable and sustainable at the same time.
Based on three levers : the monitoring of extra-financial performance, the integration ofenvironmental cost into business decision, the on-boarding of investors.
Previously, Régine was L’Oréal group CPO, SVP in charge of goods & services sourcing.and responsible of 50 000+ suppliers.
Régine is passionate about Sustainability applied to economics from her previous role too as procurement function plays an instrumental role to accelerate the positive impact of companies on environment and inclusion. L’Oréal is very active with its suppliers to codevelop projects to reduce our environmental footprint and reduce inequalities through its inclusion program solidarity sourcing.
After an initial career at Mars Inc. in sales and controlling, Régine spent 18 years at Danone, in marketing and sourcing positions, at country and group level and was also CPO of Axa.
