Ben leads institutional growth in Europe and brings nearly two decades of experience across financial markets and crypto. Active in the blockchain ecosystem since 2015, he has deep expertise in tokenisation within financial markets, blockchain infrastructure, and go-to-market execution. He most recently headed the Global Blockchain Centre of Excellence at Fidelity International and previously led initiatives spanning ICOs, DeFi, Web3 venture, and tokenisation. Earlier in his career, Ben managed product and delivery teams at Euroclear and NatWest.
