BIONDI Charleyne

Charleyne Biondi is an Associate Vice President in the Digital Economy team, leading the policy and regulatory research surrounding emerging technologies. Before joining Moody’s Digital Economy team, Charleyne worked as a political science researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York and at the Center for Political Research at Sciences Po (CEVIPOF), focusing on the philosophy of technology and the societal implications of digital transformation. Charleyne holds a dual Ph.D. in political theory from Columbia University and Sciences Po.
