ACHARD Julien

Julien Achard is a senior banking executive with over 20 years of international experience in Trade Finance, Cash & Liquidity Management, and Transaction Banking. After holding leadership roles at Crédit Agricole CIB and HSBC Global Banking—where he managed CAC 40 clients and a regional sales team in Asia—he founded OpenbanQ, a consultancy firm specialized in digital transformation for banks, corporates, and fintechs.

An expert in corporate treasury and supply chain financing, Julien advises on liquidity management, international payments, trade finance and digital innovation, with a focus on blockchain, APIs, and payments. 

He co-founded Cryptophilo.io, a training center for digital assets, and lectures at Dauphine University.

Julien is also co-organizer of the Treasury Innovation Day – from AFTE –event in Paris, bringing together treasurers, CFOs, and fintech leaders to shape the future of treasury.
